I started se...I think this is a really great topic. I started severely cracking down on Munchkin's screen time, but alas, I am not so good for myself. Partly this is because I crave adult contact during the day, and partly because there's interesting things online to read, blogs to keep up with, etc. I'm not sure if I'd use the term bruised...
