Starting in High School, my ambition was to be a choir teacher. I wanted to facilitate the very amazing experience I had in the Helena High School Ambiance. After attending school at Montana State & University of MT for Piano & Music Ed, I taught choir for four years in Florence, MT.
I found out it was much harder than I thought it'd be, and I learned a TON. I also met some amazing students and faculty who I will never forget. Right now, I'm staying home with my two little daughters, and we've relocated for my husband's work.
I made many of the resources for young music teachers that I found difficult to find, such as calendars, planning templates, and creative academic lessons, and I can't help but plan for that future classroom now-and-them. I'm sharing those lessons as I reformat for other new teachers
I LOVE Pinterest, and I'm always pinning things I like to remember for my future classroon & students here.
